NSure Peru:

NSure is a high-tech laboratory for the agro-food industry based in The Netherlands. The company sells and develops molecular tests for a wide range of quality aspects in fruit, vegetables, forest trees and ornamentals. NSure tests allow growers and traders in the fruit & vegetable industry to measure the quality of a batch with a very high accuracy and reliability. NSure’s assay technology is based on gene expression profiling.

Together with its partner Inassa S.A. , NSure has the intention to start a molecular laboratory in Peru and to offer its test services to the Peruvian fruit and vegetable industry. To serve the industry best NSure will validate a range of tests in Peru. For its activities in Peru NSure is looking for a:  

Project Manager

Responsibilities

- Contacts with partners and potential customers

- Organize and coordinate sampling activities including handling and logistics of ultra-frozen samples (-80’C).

- Coordinate activities between multiple parties growers/exporters, laboratory, university, NSure offices in Netherlands and Chile, etc.
- Establishing and managing the molecular laboratory in Peru (lab technician to be hired).

- NSure will provide training on the job in Chile and/or Netherlands. Good communication with technical staff and management in Netherlands will be key.

Capacities

Industrial Engeneer with working experience, “hands on” mentality, ability to manage broad range of activities and to define customers wishes and market potential. Proven commercial skills, and ability to motivate and manage small teams will be highly valued. Experience in molecular biology is not required, but interest in innovation is essential.  We are looking for an excellent planner, who is willing to travel.
Applicants should be native Peruvian Spanish speaking and should have excellent English speaking/writing skills.
Good communication skills are essential.
