NSure is a spin-off from the research institute Agrotechnology & Food Sciences Group that is part of Wageningen University and Research Center. In this institute researchers try to elucidate the molecular processes underlying quality and quality deterioration in fresh plant products. This work resulted in the development of the technology that NSure is now using for the quality assays.
NSure was established in the autumn of 2006 and decided to make the technology commercially available for all stakeholders in agribusiness. Currently NSure employs 14 enthusiastic and experienced people.
